Mandatory fields are indicated in the forms. Without them, the creation of the profile or execution of the order may be impossible. The site makes no decision that would have a legal effect on the sole basis of automated processing.

The data is accessible to the operator and, where necessary, to the technical hosting provider, payment providers, ASD – The Walking Dogs, which prepares and dispatches orders, carriers, accounting providers and legally authorised authorities. The logistics partner receives only the contact details, address and order contents required for preparation, delivery and tracking. Each recipient receives only the information needed for its role. No data is sold.
Accommodation and transfers
ChatGPT Sites hosts the site and its data on behalf of MAKEERS. OpenAI states that Sites does not currently offer data residency. Processing may therefore take place outside the European Economic Area, depending on the provider’s architecture and contractual safeguards. MAKEERS documents this processing and the applicable safeguards in its GDPR records and contracts with the relevant service providers.
Shelf life
- Orders and invoices: Active data during the relationship, then archiving accounting records up to 10 years when required by law.
- Contact Messages: the time to respond and follow up the request, then until three years after the last exchange when a retention remains useful.
- Club Profile and photos : during the life of the account; inactive accounts are reviewed after two years and deleted or anonymised unless required to be kept.
- Prospect: during the business relationship and then no more than three years after the end or last contact of the client; three years after the collection or last contact for a prospect.
- Requests for withdrawal and claims: for the time required to process them and then for the period needed as evidence and under the applicable limitation periods.
- Local basket: until it is deleted by the user or deleted from the browser data.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, limitation or portability of your data and object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent without retroactive effect. The request is sent to ludovic@petfoodcommunity.com The identification of the person is required only in the event of reasonable doubt.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Security and payment
Access is limited, exchanges are encrypted in transit and complete banking data are processed by payment providers without being stored in the Petfood Community database. No system can guarantee zero risk, so the measures are re-evaluated as the service evolves.
