Time limit
For a sale of goods at a distance, the decision must be notified within 14 calendar days following the day following receipt. If an order contains several goods delivered separately, the time limit shall be from the date of receipt of the last good or lot.
After notification
Once customer service has approved the return, send it to Petfood Community — MAKEERS, 12 allée by Charrière, 69570 Dardilly, France, unless a different logistics address is expressly provided for the order concerned. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after notice is given. Keep proof of dispatch. You are responsible for the direct return costs unless the item was delivered in error, is non-compliant, or Petfood Community has expressly agreed to cover them.
